The language of the arbitration proceedings will be English. The decision of the arbitrator is final and binding, and can be made in any court with competent jurisdiction and enforced according to in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1995, Chapter No. 4. In spite of the above in spite of the foregoing, this Site is entitled to pursue defense of the rights of intellectual property as well as confidential information by obtaining an injunction or any other type of equitable remedies through competent courts.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Terms and Condition will be interpretable and subject to the laws applicable in Pakistan. The parties agree to accept the authority that is the jurisdiction of Pakistan courts and waives any objections due to the place of jurisdiction.

TERMINATION
